All wedding videography bookings require a signed agreement and a retainer payment to secure your date. Availability is not guaranteed until both are received.

3. Payments
Payments must be made according to the schedule listed in your service agreement. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
Retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your wedding date exclusively.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding date, please notify us as soon as possible. Policies regarding refunds or transfers of retainers are outlined in your service agreement.
In rare circumstances such as illness, emergency, or events beyond our control, Milestone Wedding Films may adjust coverage or provide a qualified replacement videographer.
5. Creative Rights
Milestone Wedding Films maintains full creative control over filming, editing, and storytelling style. While we welcome input, final creative decisions are made at our discretion to ensure quality and consistency.
All footage and edited films remain the intellectual property of Milestone Wedding Films.
6. Delivery of Films
Delivery timelines vary depending on the season and project load. Estimated delivery windows are provided in your service agreement.
Final films are delivered digitally. Physical media or additional formats may be available upon request for an additional fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate event details, timelines, and access to venues. Any restrictions imposed by venues or coordinators must be communicated in advance.
Milestone Wedding Films is not responsible for missed moments due to schedule changes, restricted access, or interference beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every measure to ensure high-quality coverage, Milestone Wedding Films is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.
In the unlikely event that footage cannot be delivered, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or booking services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
